Our most complete standard screen: HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes (HSV-1 & 2) and hepatitis B and C, all from one confidential blood draw.
$ 249.00All-in price
10Tests included
When you want to check everything, this is the panel. It covers the full standard STD workup, HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes (both HSV-1 and HSV-2), plus hepatitis B and C, in a single quick, private visit. It's one of our most-ordered panels because it answers almost every question in one draw. No judgment, nothing billed to insurance, nothing on your insurance record.
Included Tests
Chlamydia trachomatis & Neisseria gonorrhoeae, NAAA highly accurate nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) that detects the DNA of both Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae from a single urine sample or genital swab: the same method used by clinics and recommended by the CDC.
Chlamydia trachomatis RNA/DNANeisseria gonorrhoeae RNA/DNA
incl.in panel
HIV 1/2 Antigen/Antibody, 4th GenerationA blood test that detects both the p24 antigen (a viral protein present very early in infection) and antibodies to HIV-1 and HIV-2. Looking for both is what lets it catch infection sooner than antibody-only screens.

incl.in panel
RPR (Diagnosis) with Reflex to Titer and Confirmatory TestingA blood test that screens for syphilis using the RPR (rapid plasma reagin) method. If the screen is reactive, the lab automatically runs a titer and a treponemal confirmatory test, so a positive is verified without a second visit.

HSV-1 IgG, Type-Specific AntibodiesA blood test that detects IgG antibodies specific to herpes simplex virus type 1. Type-specific testing distinguishes HSV-1 from HSV-2, so you get a clear, targeted answer.
HSV-1 IgG
incl.in panel
HSV-2 IgG with Reflex to InhibitionA type-specific IgG blood test for herpes simplex virus type 2. Low-positive results, the range where standard HSV-2 antibody tests most often give false positives, are automatically reflexed to a confirmatory inhibition assay, dramatically reducing false positives compared with a plain HSV-2 IgG.

Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) with Reflex ConfirmationA blood test that detects the hepatitis B surface antigen, a marker of active HBV infection. A positive screen is automatically reflexed to a confirmatory test to verify the result.

incl.in panel
Hepatitis C Antibody with Reflex to HCV RNAA blood test that screens for antibodies to the hepatitis C virus. If antibodies are found, the lab automatically runs an HCV RNA test to confirm whether the virus is currently active, distinguishing a current infection from a past, cleared one.

What This Panel Measures
π‘οΈHIV, caught early. A 4th-generation antigen/antibody test that detects infection sooner than older screens.
π¦ The common bacterial STDs. Chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis: all curable once found.
π―Herpes, both types. Type-specific HSV-1 and HSV-2 antibodies tell you which, if any, you carry.
π«Hepatitis B and C. Viral infections spread through sex and blood, with reflex confirmation, and Hep C today is curable.

When to Get Tested
Chlamydia and gonorrhea show up within about a week of exposure. HIV, syphilis and hepatitis are usually detectable by 3β6 weeks, though hepatitis C antibodies can take up to a few months. Herpes antibodies can take several weeks to a few months to develop. For a very recent exposure, a repeat test later gives the clearest picture.
Understanding Your Results
Results post to your secure online account, usually in 1β2 business days, in plain English. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and hepatitis C are all curable; HIV and hepatitis B are very manageable when caught early; herpes is common and manageable. Reflex confirmations are built in, so reactive results get worked up automatically. Nothing is billed to insurance and nothing appears on your insurance record.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is this one of your most popular panels?
Because it answers almost every STD question in a single draw (HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, both herpes types, and hepatitis B and C) without paying for each test separately.
Does this include herpes?
Yes: type-specific HSV-1 and HSV-2 IgG antibodies, so you learn which type, if any, you carry.
Is this confidential?
Completely. You pay us directly, nothing is billed to insurance, and nothing appears on your insurance record. Results go only to your secure account.
Do I need to fast?
No fasting and no special prep. Just walk in and sign in.
What if something comes back positive?
No judgment. These infections are common. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and hepatitis C are curable, and HIV and hepatitis B are very manageable. Your results include clear next steps.
