When the result has to stand up to scrutiny: a court, a probation officer, an employer's lab requirement. Your urine sample goes to the laboratory for a full 9-panel analysis, not an on-site strip read. Results usually in 1–2 business days; a positive is always re-run before we report it. All-in price: no fees at checkout.

When to Get Tested

Choose the lab 9-panel when you want broad drug coverage in a result that holds up: pre-employment, random or reasonable-suspicion workplace testing, or court and treatment monitoring. Urine reflects recent use, generally the past few days, so test close to the timeframe you care about.

Understanding Your Results

Results post to your secure online account, usually in 1–2 business days after the lab receives your sample. A negative means nothing was detected above the cutoff; any non-negative is confirmed and reviewed by a licensed Medical Review Officer (MRO) before release. Results are 100% confidential and never billed to insurance.

Substances Screened & Cutoff Levels

Every substance is screened first, and any non-negative screen is automatically confirmed by the laboratory with a more precise method before anything is reported. Nothing reaches your report on a screen alone.

SubstanceScreen cutoff (ng/mL)Confirm cutoff (ng/mL)
Amphetamines (incl. methamphetamine)1000500
Barbiturates300200
Benzodiazepines300200
Cocaine metabolites300150
Marijuana metabolites (THC)5015
Methadone300200
Opiates (morphine, codeine)20002000
Phencyclidine (PCP)2525
Propoxyphene300200

The lab also runs specimen-validity testing on every sample: checks for dilution, substitution, and adulteration. If someone tries to beat the test, that shows up too. These integrity checks aren’t counted among the substances above; they’re proof the result is real.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the 9-panel and the 10-panel?
The 10-panel adds methaqualone (Quaaludes) to the nine classes here. The 9-panel already covers amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, marijuana, methadone, opiates, PCP, and propoxyphene.
How long do drugs stay detectable in urine?
Most drugs are detectable for about 1–3 days after use, though marijuana can persist longer with frequent use. Test close to the event you're concerned about for the most reliable result.
Is this result accepted by employers and courts?
Yes. Every non-negative is confirmed and certified by a licensed Medical Review Officer (MRO), the standard most employers, courts, and programs require. Confirm any specific chain-of-custody needs with the requesting party first.
Do prescription medications affect the result?
They can. If a sample is non-negative, the Medical Review Officer may contact the person to verify a valid prescription before finalizing the result, so legitimate medications are accounted for.
What are the cutoff levels?
We publish every substance and its screen and confirmation cutoff (in ng/mL) in the table above. Those are the exact levels the lab uses; a positive is always confirmed at the lower confirmation level before it's ever reported. Most self-pay labs won't show you this. We do.
