RSC Health is committed to providing a clear and fair cancellation process for all lab testing orders. This policy outlines your options for cancellation, refunds, and credits based on when a cancellation request is submitted.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel your lab order at any time prior to your scheduled or completed lab visit. Once you have visited the lab and your testing has been initiated, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, or credit.


2. Refund Policy

2a. Cancellations Within 21 Days of Purchase

If you cancel your order before your lab visit and your cancellation request is received within 21 days of your original purchase date, you are eligible for a partial refund, subject to the following:

  • A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your original purchase amount.

  • The remaining 75% will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after your request is confirmed. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.


2b. Cancellations After 21 Days of Purchase

If your cancellation request is submitted more than 21 days after the original purchase date, a cash refund will not be issued. Instead:

  • You will receive a credit equal to 100% of your original purchase amount.

  • Credits are valid for future testing services with RSC Health.

  • Credit terms and expiration details will be communicated at the time of issuance.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or credit:

  • Orders cancelled after the lab visit has taken place.

  • Orders where the specimen has already been collected or processing has begun.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To cancel your lab order, please contact our support team via email using the information below. Requests submitted through other channels may not be processed.

Please include the following information in your email to ensure prompt processing:

  • Full name and email address associated with your order

  • Order number or confirmation number

  • Reason for cancellation (optional, but appreciated)

Your cancellation request date is determined by the date RSC Health receives your email. Submitting your request promptly will ensure you receive the best available resolution.


5. Policy Changes

RSC Health reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy's effective date. Customers are encouraged to review this policy prior to placing an order.
