13Tests included
This is the most advanced STD screen we offer: built for the earliest, most complete answer after a recent exposure. It pairs HIV RNA early detection with the standard 4th-generation HIV test, and checks herpes two ways: type-specific antibodies plus a DNA PCR that can confirm an active outbreak directly. Add chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis C and trichomoniasis and you have gold-standard coverage in one quick, private visit. No judgment, nothing billed to insurance.
Included Tests
HIV 1/2 Antigen/Antibody, 4th GenerationThe current-standard HIV screen: detects the p24 antigen and HIV antibodies. Reflexes to confirmatory testing if reactive.
HIV-1 p24 antigenHIV-1/2 antibodies
incl.in panel
HIV RNA Early Detection (PCR)Looks directly for HIV genetic material, detecting infection roughly 1β2 weeks after exposure: the earliest reliable window, and the same test used for PrEP monitoring.
HIV-1 RNA (qualitative)
incl.in panel
HSV 1 & 2 DNA PCR (active symptoms)For an active sore or blister. PCR detects herpes DNA directly from the lesion, confirming an outbreak and its type right now, faster and more direct than waiting for antibodies.
HSV-1 DNAHSV-2 DNA
incl.in panel
HSV-1 & 2 IgG, Type-SpecificBlood-based herpes antibody testing for both types, which reflects past or established exposure even when there's no visible sore. Together with the PCR, it covers both active and prior infection.
HSV-1 IgGHSV-2 IgG
incl.in panel
Chlamydia & Gonorrhea (RNA, TMA)A urine-based screen for the two most common bacterial STDs, often silent, and both curable with antibiotics once found.
Chlamydia trachomatisNeisseria gonorrhoeae
incl.in panel
Trichomoniasis (RNA, TMA)Detects trich, the most common curable STD in the U.S. Often symptomless, especially in men, and easily cured with a short course of medication.
Trichomonas vaginalis
incl.in panel
Syphilis (RPR w/ reflex)Screens for syphilis, a rising and easy-to-miss infection. A positive RPR reflexes automatically to a titer and confirmatory testing.
RPRReflex titer & confirmation
incl.in panel
Hepatitis C Antibody (w/ reflex to RNA PCR)Screens for hepatitis C exposure. A positive antibody reflexes to a quantitative RNA PCR to confirm current, active infection, which today is curable.
HCV antibodyReflex HCV RNA, PCR
incl.in panel
What This Panel Measures
β±οΈHIV, the earliest way. RNA PCR detects HIV roughly 1β2 weeks after exposure, backed by a 4th-generation antigen/antibody screen.
π―Herpes, two ways. DNA PCR confirms an active outbreak directly, while type-specific antibodies cover past exposure.
π¦ The common bacterial STDs. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and trich: all curable once found.
π«Hepatitis C. Antibody screen with reflex to RNA PCR. And Hep C today is curable.

When to Get Tested
The HIV RNA test detects infection roughly 1β2 weeks after exposure. The herpes DNA PCR is best while a sore is present. Chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich show up within about a week; syphilis and hepatitis C generally take 3β6 weeks, though HCV antibodies can take a few months. This panel is ideal soon after exposure, with a follow-up screen later to confirm the slower markers.
Understanding Your Results
Results post to your secure online account, usually in 1β2 business days, in plain English. You get the earliest reliable HIV answer, direct confirmation of an active herpes outbreak if present, and full coverage of the common STDs. Reflex confirmations are built in. Curable infections come with clear next steps; manageable ones do too. Nothing is billed to insurance and nothing appears on your insurance record.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does this test herpes two different ways?
PCR detects herpes DNA directly from an active sore (the most direct confirmation of a current outbreak), while the IgG antibody test reflects past or established exposure even without a visible lesion. Together they give the fullest herpes picture.
Is the DNA PCR useful if I don't have a sore?
The PCR works best on an active lesion. Without a sore, the type-specific antibody test carries the herpes screening, which is why this panel includes both.
How early can this catch HIV?
The HIV RNA test can detect infection roughly 1β2 weeks after exposure, earlier than any antibody-based test.
Is this confidential?
Completely. You pay us directly, nothing is billed to insurance, and nothing appears on your insurance record.
